The Library holds some 20,000 titles, including books, periodicals and other media on the history and principles of the Deutscher Werkbund, cultural history, design and the everyday culture of the 20th and 21st centuries.
It is open to private and scientific research, but advance booking is necessary.

Please note that due to relocation the archive and library are temporarily closed. They will reopen in May 2024.
