Our Thing of the month is the advertising brochure of the VVB Electric Consumer Goods (GDR).
Since 1969 the trademark “AKA Electric” bundled the advertisement for the producers of electric consumer goods of the GDR. “AKA Electric” follows the trademark “IKA Electrica”, which was established in 1962.
The advertising brochure “Prisma” is currently shown at the special exhibition “Ephemera. Advertising Graphics from the Collection of Documents of Everyday Culture”.
